What is a Tsurikawa?
TSURIKAWA or JDM Train Handle can be seen on many modified and even un-modified vehicles on the street.
The handle was used for passengers to hold on to when standing on the bus or subway. Young gangsters of Japan would steal and install them inside their vehicles, so the passenger could have something to hold on to when hanging out the window. it was also hung on bumpers, as a sign to show rebellion and disrespect to authorities.
Nowadays, car enthusiasts use it to express their freedom.
